All materials and shipping meet USPS Regulation 139 for human cremains and are fully included in the overall price.

The Process

We understand how personal this journey is, and every step is handled with the utmost respect and care.

1. Place your order
   Once your order is complete, we mail your cremains collection kit directly to you.
2. Collect & return
   Simply follow the included instructions to collect the required amount of ashes, securely pack the kit, place the provided label on the box, and return it to USPS.
3. Careful preparation
   Upon receipt, your loved one’s ashes are gently pre-warmed to approximately 1350°F. This step helps reduce off-gassing and bubbles, allowing for a smoother fusion within the glass.
4. Creation
   Your pendant is then handcrafted by fusing the ashes into your chosen glass color, transforming memory into something tangible and enduring.
5. Return of remains
   Any unused ashes are carefully returned to you along with your completed pendant. We never discard or dispose of cremains at any stage of the process.

Turnaround Time

Each pendant is individually fused and created with intention. Please allow a minimum turnaround time of one month from the time we receive the ashes.

Important Notes & Disclaimer

Human cremains are naturally unpredictable, and variations in color, clarity, and size are to be expected. While careful steps are taken to reduce off-gassing, small bubbles may still form during the fusing process and are considered a natural part of working with cremated remains in glass.

We guarantee that you will receive a complete, finished, and ready-to-wear pendant. In the rare event that a piece develops significant flaws or imperfections, that piece will be returned to you along with any remaining cremains. We do not dispose of any material that contains cremated remains.
