This is an in-person service. No shipping is involved.

Customers are responsible for bringing cremated remains to us in person

Local pricing reflects reduced costs due to the absence of shipping and handling

If retrieving ashes from an urn feels difficult or overwhelming, we are available to assist you with care and respect. You may be present throughout the process or step away—your comfort always comes first.

Turnaround Time

Please allow a minimum turnaround time of one month from the date the ashes are received in person.

Important Notes & Disclaimer

Human cremated remains are naturally unpredictable. Variations in color, clarity, size, and internal texture are expected. While steps are taken to reduce off-gassing, small bubbles may still form and are considered a natural part of the glass fusing process.

We guarantee that you will receive a complete, finished, ready-to-wear pendant. In the rare event a piece develops significant flaws or imperfections, all pieces containing cremated remains will be returned to the customer. We do not discard cremated remains under any circumstance.
